This question can't be answered. But how about this. What if Buggy got that amount also when they updated their bounties before Cross Guild. It makes no sense i know but what if.
And why not make him higher than Buggy? He is already known superior to a Yonkou and Buggy is on par with said Yonkou in their eyes.

If Lord Vista who has no black blades and does not use haki and rivals the wss and also forced him to recognize that he would be a fool and to postpone. With the same title scaling Lord Vista would do the same to Gol D Roger the pirate king.
Do you see how absurd it is? Well I don't think you do since you're a Vistas' rival coper

I see what you are getting at now. Because he was the strongest his bounty was always 3b+. Well for now we have nothing to go off from here. It is logical to assume his bounty was high even if they updated it. How high or if they didn't update it remains to be seen.

Why is this a disaster for Kaido? Mihawk would have descended with the same attack while Kaido did not.
In what world is tanking (resisting) an attack that would kill Roger considered an 'L' for Kaido? Are you crazy?
This is also not a disaster; these reflected calloused breaths are the same ones that burned Admiral Green Bull, leaving him in a lot of pain and completely frightened.
No shame in that as Shiryu needed the help of an army of pirates+ lots and lots of attempts+ Garp having to worry about Coby to have an opening.
Vista to stop L-hawk and force him to postpone only needed the order of one of his bosses and not to have black blade and laugh as if he had eaten a smile fruit.
Shiryu does not need many attempts, he only needs one nameless strike and the fruit of invisibility. And Mihouk's disciple destroyed yc1, Kaido's Scar and recaptured Hakai, and Zoro is not even close to Mihouk's level yet.

I don't know about suffering from success. I mean yes he is the only successful Warlord out of them all. But i think his story is quite tragic in the sense him "losing" his motivation to fight anyone after "somebody lost their arm".
Don't get me wrong here. I do believe in his Strength and his title since its a given by Oda. But there has to be more to him than just being at the top successfully.
If you follow his point of view till the timeskip we can see a hint of his story.
Shanks abandoning their rivalry for a greater purpose.
Zoro almost did the same when he begged him for the same greater purpose too.
either that or he is just built different lmao. I hope there is more to him than just being a successful person in an era where most are stagnant "all previous yonko" or a loser "most warlords".
