No we do. If the explanation for Ashura indicates that it should be capable of being done by other people in the verse then Oda has supremely fucked up his own universe by going 1100 chapters without ever showing another person do it
this is why we also need a thorough explanation for black blades. Because of how extremely rare this feat has been to accomplish yet technically Anyone should be able to do it, it is now a REQUIREMENT that Oda go into extra detail to explain its rarity

No, you cannot see others doing first time manifestations of abilities because there is a long history of it that we will never see.
Such abilities didnt start evolving in the present but a millennia ago.
Zoro has always been Oda's show-dont-tell guy, whether it is haki or something else. The same is true with Asura.
However, as I have already said, look at his theory about DFs when looking at Nika and you can literally apply each sentence to Asura.
Black Blades will of course get an explanation when it is time for Zoro to forge them.
