Mihawk blocked him, and Mihawk does not exert more than necessary. Why would he try to break his hook? Mihawk doesn't go around rampaging lol.


Don't use anime when in the battledome. I don't have the wish to try and convince you that Mihawk is stronger than Crocodile, if Oda didn't manage I don't think I can.

you clearly see in the manga panel crocodile attacked after mihawk cut daz bones down. anime tho is different.
The buggy scene was a gag.
Nami is able to hurt luffy for the same reason .
subtleties are lost on you noodle.

Extreme diff either way.

Although by feats:
Crocodile lol diffed pre TS Luffy not once but twice

Mihawk can't even reach pre TS Luffy. Can't cut Buggy


By Marineford: both got stopped by Jozu. But later:
Mihawk faced Vista (lower rank than Jozu) and ended with postponement.
Crocodile faced Doffy (the man who lol diffed Jozu) and ended with stalemate.
