Law and Mihawk too. Kaido casually lift a entire island without doing much, Whitebeard MF was scaled to small continent lvl.
These feats are enough to stomp the whole MHA verse.

Don't know about this Law Lifted a mountain, Kaido lifted a Island but it was from his flame clouds which is passive unless shown otherwise
Whitebeard has the only AP Island Level Feat(Apart from CoC clashes)
Kaido can be more Lifting Strength if you want to wank tho

It does, Yonkou scales to each other, Admirals scales to each other. Mihawk as top tier should be scale to the others.

Mihawk can easily tank a G2 attack of Luffy or Zoro cut attack, both after the timeskip could easily cut/destroy a pacifista who is harder then Steel!!!

With means yes Mihawk skin/durability should be far above iron because he don't getting one shot by G2 Luffy or base Zoro. Pacifista have a harder skin then steel.

Hax don't going work against haki user, otherwise the dude from the navy who vaporized Zoro sword pre ts could also destroy Napoleon of Big mom with don't gonna happen. As long as Mihawk has his haki,they cannot damage or hurt him, hax wise they get stomped.

Mihawk dc is island lvl, mha at best town lvl,speedwise Mha is under MHS, well Mihawk is Rel speed with is league above MHA speed.
