I remember my younger self used to participate in the movement for Monet to join the crew, man its been so long since then 
. Her best chance at a return came at WCI, now its pretty much dead. But alas, she was one of the very few female characters that were actually interesting imo post timeskip.

since Jinbe has joined officially now its the time to say who is she the next SH girl
what could bring Monet to the story right now if she's not dead
the only one thing that keep me hope is that the long of one piece , like jinbe he sould be joined before PH but look how many arc have passed he joined in the 5th arc after FIshman arc
, so if oda want her as SH girl maybe the time didn't come yet
