Then Zoro uses it on Oars but then he doesnt use it Kuma and he uses Ashura on the Pacifista.

After wano all those zoro fans that compare him to luffy will stay silent forever ... it’s been clearly like that from the start anyways, zoro and sanji were always fighting opponents of the same power level while luffy always fight guys on different levels

zoro & sanji VS Mr1 & Mr2 while luffy VS crocodile

zoro & sanji VS kaku & jabura while luffy VS lucci

the very long list continues... but for some reason hardcore zoro fans chose to overlook this lol

Obviously this is rough estimation for EoS, battle-oriented, plot armored, average power SH. Be aware that things could change depending on setup (Nami have big enough clouds can go up to 100).

If Yamato does join, by logic Sanji wouldn't let himself be weaker than woman since he goes a lot to fight to protect them if he can. Though I can say Yamato can be stronger than Jimbei perhaps.

Honestly feel like Oda pushing Luffy as Yonko more after this and have his own Commanders being Zoro, Sanji, Jimbei, and maybe Yamoto if she does join, but can't say on that.

Sanji 70 is too high for you? If anything, what I'm trying to convey is Sanji Yamato Jinbe is near each other in terms of overall battle level, whereas Zoro is higher, nearing Luffy.
