Momonosuke is one of the most important characters in this arc.

Morj has a point, but he used the wrong reason.

One's dreams/ambition can be ignored & suited (like Kata's or WB's still makes them eligible), one's personality can be fixed, and one's fate/destiny can be changed because only Oda can name someone as destined person or not.

The only irrefutable & unbiased reason why Sanji won't have CoC is because of balancing purpose.

Powerlevel aside, Sanji has a lot of things that Zoro doesn't have, so Zoro must have something that Sanji doesn't have. CoC is the answer.

This is what balance means.

Just like how Zoro can't fly, but can do long ranged attack, and Sanji can fly, but can't do long ranged attack.
