Mineta could throw his balls at him and stick him onto his own body.
Ashido could melt his face off with her acid.
And then Shinsou comes in and bam brainwashed.
Then Shigaraki is about to recover from Endeavor's attack, sees Machia and is like "Let's destroy everything now!" and Machia just knocks him out good. Then he sees Shigaraki out cold and escapes with him since he wants to protect him.

Then everyone counts their losses during the aftermath of this war.

Gigantomachia is not even in the correct mindset right now and hes still unstoppable.

Monoma can be useful in 100 ways here : he can copy Momo quirk, or midnight, or Mt.Lady, or Edgeshot or Shinso etc
