The story built up too much their rivalry and power. And we saw the difference between Cap celebrity and All might

Facts. But i wanted someone more imposing than AFO but on the Neutral sides. Reason is Because The first person that had a quirk is the newborn baby from china. And we didn't knew what happen in china. We are in japan. The possibility still happen

Endeavor realized that there may be a connection between One for all and Deku(In the pictures we see first the moment when he says that he is fighting Shigaraki, then Shigaraki says one for all and endeavor repeats one for all too, then the next page we see Endeavor remembering Deku saying that Shigaraki may be after him)
