I think Mirko is older than Koichi.
During the sky egg incident Mirko was already a good hero.
During O clock flashback Mirko was a UA student (likely 2nd or 3rd years). That flashback was some time before AFO/OFA fight. While Koichi story begin some time after OFA/AFO fight.
Koichi is likely one or two years below Mirko.

So we got Inko showing up, and it looks like she's going with. So I'm glad it's not just Deku running off on his own leaving his mother in the dark, since that would just seem so out of character to me for him to abandon his mother. Bakugos mother is there as well with boxes, so it looks like Bakugo is going to be going with as well. Which makes sense with how their relationship has drastically improved, I couldn't see Bakugo letting that go quietly. This could also be Horikoshis way of setting up for Dekus father to enter the story, since we know that his dad is working abroad. So there's a possibility that that plot thread could be coming up in the future here soon, with Deku now leaving UA and going off on his own.
Injuries though. Deku was DESTROYING himself during the war arc, and there's no way that that didn't have any lasting permanent damages to his arms. We were told his arms were in serious danger of being paralyzed if he were to continue down that self destructive path, which he did during the war. It's still too early to tell, but I can't imagine his arms are just fine after that. His right arm appears to be fine and usable still, since he's gripping his cape. His left arm is dangling by the side, but that's not anywhere near enough confirmation about that arms condition. I imagine his arms are either going to be scarred even worse than before, or he's constantly feeling pain whenever his arms are moved. Mainly cause I really don't want him to get out of that war scot-free, especially with how much he really put himself through the wringer.
