The first world:
The world had “gods” and slaves (humans of all kinds, all races in op we know weren’t considered different species but they’re all considered human race, the race below gods.), some of them were working slaves as seen in the mural. The slaves wished for a liberator.
With time, the human race became too advanced through technology, “they flew too close to the sun”.
although vp’s words are about Joyboy’s time, it doesn’t mean the kingdom didn’t exist earlier but were erased from history
The “gods” of the land were furious with the human race growing in power and changed the landscape to divide the allies (the red line). The “sun god” and his allies could not meet. They lost.
The second world:
Is the continuation of what happened after the divide eons later. The “gods” are ruling the world.
The sun which was the symbol of liberation for the “human” race became a mere aggravator for the people to fight and kill.
Maybe every generation there is someone chosen as the representative of the sun. As this is expected to be Joy boy’s time, he might have been the one chosen.
The people from all the “globe” divided by the red line (people of the half moon and people of the moon) had dreams and desires of human evolutions to grow stronger (like the devil fruit powers).
However, as most humans were enraged by wars of “liberation”, they got more greedy and planned to kill the sun.
I don’t understand the devils/demons role whom the forest god tamed, but the mention of them makes me theorize that they fueled the human rage and helped them in wars. Eventually persuaded them to take full agency and kill the sun. The forest/rain god who tamed the devils might represents Vivi’s ancestor betraying the gods helping joyboy.

Joy boy triggered the creation of devil fruits out of the humans’ desires of evolution. (Can’t tell if joy boy was the “sun” that was killed itself or was allies with the humans against the power of the sun he had).
The sea “god” was enraged by the human unnatural powers, it flooded the world and made the devil power users powerless in the sea.
With this, the new formed allies were divided even more.
People who used devil powers including joy boy can’t meet up with people of the sea like Poseidon (hence the joyboy apology with his mermaid friend).

Is not only the continuation of the second world but is the world that has messages of the past.
This world is different because JB made plans for the people that were about to repeat their mistakes. His messages lead to the One Piece because it is the thing that will make the world undivided again. The location of the One Piece is only accessible to those with no devil powers. It is something JB can’t do but prepared for. We know the Noah is built to fulfill a prophecy. It could be part of JB’s preparations, knowing the world will go through floods again. Other preparations are the whales who will break the red line when time comes to enact the plan. Like some people theorized, the One Piece could be a gigantic anchor, or a sink lol. The last piece of the advanced civilization hidden and can only be found by pirates. Whatever it is, I believe it is an advanced invention that is going to undivde the world. During creation, Joyboy and his allies might have estimated that it couldn’t be completed until eons later (Luffy’s age) and it eventually needs the power of the sun (joy boy) hence JB couldn’t live to do it either because he lost the sun, was betrayed, or it wasn’t his time, so he entrusted the mission to the future.
Luffy will succeed and all Luffy’s allies/ people on different seas and land be able to meet again.
Imu = representative of the “gods”. Maybe sea “god” specifically, ancestor or remnant.
