#22
Am I the only one that feels the series should not have been after naruto with the amount of screen time an importance the author gave to other characters like sasuke
you dont get naruto… naruto series is about a friend who wants to bring his friend back from the wrong path. It showed how naruto getting closer to sasuke but still far away but naruto didnt gave up to his friend.

Seriously though, I like Will of Fire. I liked that in Naruto as well as the themes of the cycle of hatred and and thus pain, violence/wars, fear, distrust, revenge/vengeance.

Naruto did have some great themes and characters and some good world building.

I respect what Kishi was trying to express in it. Ignoring the typical Shonen problems, there is definitely a great story surprisingly in Naruto mixed in here and there at least.

Naruto is also a great name for the series imo due to the awesome songs it inspired, which where influenced by such a headstrong, defiant, chaotic but also iconic, weird, crazy, badass etc character.

Pre TS I really found Naruto himself endearing and a great underdog. He was great until the Sasuke focus, 4th ninja war and such too in Shippuden.

I loved that he had such a rough , lonely and difficult start and he stole a scroll of forbidden Jutsus and learned one, which ended up becoming so badass, creative and iconic for him. Also his relationships with Iruka and the ramen seller.

Maybe Bunshin should have been the name of the series? Lmao. Kurama/Kyuubi? Demon Fox? Jinchuuruki? Idk.

NaruTed Talk seems legit; it should have been a better concept as compared to Boruto. Like, Naruto and other characters or fictional characters in general using Ted Talk to convey positive message. :goyea:

Hahaha right?! It genuinely could be a positive development that lines up with the themes of the series. Leading by example and giving peace talks and offering solutions, deals, even compromises if necessary.

Trying to understand others and get some kind of happy medium going. I love the idea of uniting nations and having them live in harmony and thus peace ofc. I did really enjoy that aspect of Naruto and look forward to it the most.

Ninja Wars: Revenge of the Uchiha is perfect

Just like real life unfortunately. I can see why he and Obito wanted this route. Its like Pain with his amazing cycle of hatred speech too, his storyline was fantastic pre resurrecting everyone and Narutos talk no jutsu.

"Love is the reason why there is pain. When we lose someone precious to us, hate is born. Vengeance is the product of that hate and so death follows. But in death there is only more death. This will give rise to more pains. In this cursed world we live in, it is a cycle of hatred that will not cease. You and I seek the same thing that Jiraiya-sensei wanted. Let me ask you this: How will you confront this hatred in order to create peace?"

It kinda makes me think of Kubo's wonderful aspects of deaths themes for the Espada and how they were wasted too.

True,

Just like Brits colonized Subcontinent for a century. Then they say we are friendly and generous, lol.

I wonder why media dont talk about this though. They destroyed the once prosperous countries and now they say these are the 3rd world countries.

Not only Brits, all of the military rulers are like that, the power system, expansion and resource capture has always been mankind's goal, and it will never change (or we can say it has expanded to the milky way galaxy as well, with Mars and Moon explorations?) 😂

Personally, I think Naruro fits. It makes clear it's his story of him becoming hokage and even if other characters are really important, it started and ended with Naruto and he was still overall the clear main character (even with certain arcs focusing on Sasuke). I don't think I'd prefer any other title really.
