Oh but I agree totally

Durant has an insane skill set but he is an inferior leader and he can't really create a fire (Duke Hyou style).

LeBron is an extreme competitor and had moments when he gave it all, all his heart his sweats and rage and you can see it clearly. Against the Celtics for exemple or the Warriors you can see that LeBron brings something more.

LeBron also has an history, rivalries etc that make his games so much more emotional
Yea, Duke Hyou is the perfect example. KD needs more fire. Thus far, he has always had that fire starter in his team (WB in OKC, Steph/Dray in GS). I'm not sure if he will find that on the Nets. Kyrie to me is another KD type where his play doesn't elevate others no matter how insane he is .

Lazy is the way
how do yall feel about the next gen
ja morant
Luka doncic
zion
Trae young
Porzingis
Micheal porter jr
Tatum
devin Booker
Don't forget by boy Lonzo (love the player)

Lukas is a future/actual monster and has great potential

Porzingis I don't really believe in him : weak body, and his mind doesn't seem too notch too.

Young is great

Booker I have no real hope for him

Tatum is good but for now I don't really see greatness in him.

Zion it's too soon but good beginning

Am I the only one not really hyped about the playoff this year because of the big break ?

I will likely watch the play off and stuff but I am a bit less enthusiastic (same for all sports)

Bronbron for the win
im a bit bored of it as well, mostly because my Knicks are trash lol. The last time they were a decent playoff team was when I was still in 8th grade

durant attributes an awful lot of his success to hardwork
but it looks like talent and genetic lottery to me lol.
slender build that makes him quicker than most 7 footers
long reach
and a jump shot that makes it impossible for quicker guards/defenders to do anything. truly a monster.
That reminds me I need to find a woman thats 6 ft tall.
Luka: looks like the real deal
Zion: Haven't watched much of him but he is a real deal if he stays injury free. I think he needs to slim down a bit.
Trae : I love Ice Trae. I didn't like him at first because it seemed like he was a Steph imitation but, the man plays with a ton of heart. People discount him all the time. I hope he has the Kobe Psychopath work tendancy because I really want him to to be the best player in his draft class.
KP: I don't think he will reach his full potential unless he makes an insane turnaround like Steph after all the injuries. On the Mavs, it's clearly Luka who is the focal point so it might be hard for him to break out in a full way without it being his team.
MPJr: I hope the best for him. I'm very happy for him but I don't want to give him my heart yet because of his back injuries. If he stays healthy I see him being an easy Top 10 player at the very least.
Tatum : I don't watch the celtics but I see him being a solid top 10 player
Booker: He needs to leave the Suns or for the Suns to be rebuilt from an organizational stand point. Thus far, he seems just like a great chucker who can put up points on a bad team. Soon if he doesn't sniff the playoffs in two years, He'll get that Chucker label from the media and fans.

Lonzo will become next-gen Stockton.
Luka Doncic will become greater than Dirk.
Trae Young - give him a few more seasons and you will be closing your eyes praying that he misses if you see him free on 3pt line.
Ja Morant - BEAST!
Zion - Kinda meh. I'm still not buying him I need time.
Devin Booker - solid All-Star material.
Porter Jr - Depending on the injures he can be a decent player.
Tatum - hopefully next Kobe.
Porzingis - Solid PF.

No hope for booker?
he just needs to leave the suns
the dude is a bonafide scorer
can avg 30 p a game easily and just 23.

Imo out of the names listed I think luka will be the greatest
I would personally hope for a trae and booker backcourt. That would be something.
Tatum wouldnt see a lot of improvement in his skillset. will be an allstar and nothing more .
as long as ja stays in memphis , his cap is cp3 .

Endeavor style ^^
:myman:
thats the plan

lol
the new coach
how do you feel about that
He was actually an assistant coach with us 20+ years ago and believe it or not he was skinny at that time. It was a better choice than Kidd for sure lmao (though we loved him here in his final year as a player) we just need better players to start doing something. That starts with trading away the Human Beyblade Julius Randle and poor man's rondo Elfrid Payton

The knicks would find themselves replaced by the nets if they arent careful
their legacy isnt as big as the lakers in LA compared to the clippers.

Every time we play the nets at barclays center, at least half the crowd are knicks fans lmao; Nets also have one of the lowest attendances in the NBA while the Knicks still remain in the top half of the league. No matter how good the nets are, most New Yorkers (like me) will still care more about the Knicks even now tbh

What do you think about the games level post-Corona break?

I'm pleasantly surprised. You can spot a few people who lack stamina here and there but in general, I'm surprised at the level they play on. Look like they missed playing on the court:sabogood:
The time from the 1st case to the restart was basically/literally the same amount of time the nna offseason lasts so I think a lot of players benefitted from the rest. The games are a lot more competitive than it usually is. Will be interested to see if the same intensity will last thru the playoffs
