I’m lowkey baffled at how Jimmy’s 3 point shooting has fell off last couple seasons. Man wasn’t like this in his final years in Chicago nor was this the case in Minnesota. Wasn’t the best but dude was league average in percentage for a while until he went to Philly. Not sure what happened tbh.

Jrue >>>> Playoff Bledsoe
basically abandoned in exchange for having a better post game lol

I don't know, man. Whether its physically or mentally, it DROPPED way more with MIA. It's almost like Westbrook with free throws.

I guess? You'd think he'd shoot better with lesser attempts.

Teams down 0-3 in a 7 game series have never won a series (0 - 140)

true but he spends so much time shooting midrange jumpshots mostly around the FT line that he probably has worked less on the 3 point shot the last few years and as a result has less of a feel from that range

How times have changed lol, Miami was up 3-0 last season in the bubble, and now Milwaukee is up 3-0 the season after

Ironically the opposite can be said for D Rose lol, he's now a 40%+ shooter from 3 point range when he was ~21% from 3 in his first stint with the Knicks in 2016-17

I mean... yeah. I don't even remember the last time a team even made it to a game 7 at least. I'm sure there was one, lol.
there've been like 3-4 instances iirc but I don't remember which specific team it was

Teams down 0 - 3 in a 7 game series forcing a Game 7 (all have lost in Game 7)

* 1950-51 New York Knicks (lost to Rochester Royals/Sacramento Kings in the 1951 NBA Finals)

* 1993-94 Denver Nuggets (lost to Utah Jazz in the 1994 Western Conference Semifinals)

* 2002-03 Portland Trail Blazers (lost to Dallas Mavericks in the 2003 Western Conference 1st Round)

You're probably right about that. Even Rondo has gotten better at 3 in the last few years, especially playoffs.

No matter. Rest of his team hasn't been shooting it well either. It's funny how they'd rather keep Herro and some of their assets for Harden when he was available.

Yeah they were expecting Herro to do what he did in the Bubble if not better. But he hasn’t been able to do it. The Bucks are just the better team. Jrue makes such a big difference as the 3rd guy in comparison to last year.

I think he's their 2nd best player. He's just super underrated.

Do you see Herro turn into a star or superstar? I remember there was a poll of him or the #1 pick last year and he won the poll lol.

Middleton is moreso the 2nd option on offense I would say. But overall I’d agree Jrue is better, the best defensive guard in the league sans Simmons and on offense he has a versatile bag. Rare to see a normal sized guard with a post game in today’s league and still able to do other stuff.

I still think he has the potential to turn into a star. He was going through a sophmore slump imo. Considering the fact that he can go off the dribble, has the pull up game and the inside game all that would be needed is for him to improve his passing/playmaking. And that will come with time.
