Y'all really thought the Warriors were finished dominating the league huh? 😂 For as long as that man Wardell Stephen Curry II is lacing up his shoes, this team is here to stay, I don't care if there's borderline G leaguers and journeymen surrounding that man. Steve Kerr makes it work.

Curry doing Curry things. Tho they got some good depth this year. And their defense is great, that box and 1 defense killed the Bulls. When Klay comes back I don’t see how they don’t win the West, they have all the markings of a championship contender this year. Lakers gotta figure out the Westbrook fit.
It starts and ends with how Julius plays, everything else will take care of itself if he gets it going since he refers to himself as the 'leader' of the team
recently our bench with D Rose, IQ, Burks, Toppin and Gibson have been outplaying the starters and even finishing games which is a very bad thing

Curry was getting MVP chants louder than KD in his own arena. That man had the crowd exploding in the 4th everytime he touched the ball, that's gotta hurt lol.
Legit levels to superstardom, which KD is reminded of everytime he shares the court with Steph.

That team is looking real scary, especially if Klay comes back and Wiggins & Wiseman can develop even further. Defense is back to being the best (so far).
I hate that they're doing well again but I have to give it up. Steph on another MVP again.

Damn. I was wondering why "LeBitcoin" was trending. They're changing Staples Center to Crypto.com Arena. Did they really have to put ".com" as well?

The last bastion of hope is MSG (Madison Square Garden), home of the Knicks and the only team with the same exact stadium name since 1946 (75 yrs). Every other team has had businesses take over and change their names (even Boston with TD)

Who knows where it's going to go now. I wouldn't be surprised if MSG eventually turns into Amazon.com Garden or something to get more money for name rights. They're trying to call that arena now "The Crypt" 'cause calling that Crypto DOT COM Arena is just the stupidest...

MSG is now the last remaining NBA arena that doesn't have naming rights or ownership by a corporation. even if another terrorist attack happens in NYC or the world goes to hell, MSG will remain forever as MSG in NY truthfully speaking as long as no bankruptcy or scandal happens 😜. There's a reason why the Knicks are still recognized as the most valuable team in sports worldwide despite not being a perennial playoff team
If it does change, basically the world is fucked. That is all

Hey, you know it more than me. I'm just saying anything can happen in the future and your owner, as you know, is incompetent. But yeah, the Knicks are valuable and he hasn't bankrupted anything yet so it's all good for now. I also hope that the name doesn't change, lol.

Dolan believe it or not has been hands off the team ever since pre-Bubble in 2020 and has allowed Leon Rose to handle all Knicks related operations (not so much for the NY Rangers though) so everything FO is doing well rn. Now we just need to stop losing to the fuckin Magic 😡

last yr I didn't put him as the MVP since the Warriors were so close to missing the playoffs (and they ended missing out after losing both Play-In Games) and it would have put a bad precedent for the NBA for an MVP to miss the playoffs over Jokic or Embiid (historically no MVP has ever missed the playoffs in the history of the league). But with the Warriors doing really well now and should be in the top of the West for the rest of the season, this should be a runaway MVP campaign for Curry

@Noyman thoughts on San Miguel Beermen breaking up their veteran core of Arwind Santos and Alex Cabagnot? Also on Bobby Ray Parks Jr. (and Kiefer Ravena) leaving for the Japanese B League? curious to know what your thoughts are on the PBA currently

Yeah the Warriors look like legitimate championship contenders this season. Last season Curry couldn’t even catch his breath on the bench without the second unit getting anihiliated. With Poole’s improvement and the deepest bench in years they’ve got no problems with that. Nothing external is hindering his MVP chances this year tbh.
