I was actually gonna tell him that it was a bad idea and he should have bought tickets to game 4 instead since that would be the real winnable game for the Knicks, being up 2-0 heading into game 3 against the defending champs, you're not gonna win that one. But the dude already bought the tickets so no point killing the vibe.
