Python and King Kong Gun are heavily based on rubber elasticity to work at 100%.

Kata can maybe do them but it will be less efficient than Luffy.

Cracker Dice mochi won't stick and won't trap the opponent. It will be a huge spiky mace made of crackers.

Oh mochi elasticity is not to be underestimated either and Katakuri has certainely the means and imagination to make them very efficient.

Cracker's Diced attack would still be very devastating knowing how hard his biscuit is.

I feel like Katakuri didn't express his DF's full potential yet.

For example his awakening could engulf way more inorganic material.

And I feel like Oda is holding Luffy and the "rubber rubber" DF back. Technically Luffy should and could be a logia or at least be able to produce Rubber and everything that you can do with that.

Big Mom uses the rainbow Homie she has created to absorb light and laser attacks coming from Kizaru or Pacistas.

Kaido comes in dragon hybrid attacks and uses claws and/or fire to enhance his hand to hand attacks.
Boro Boro Ball : Kaido in his dragon or hybrid form uses his fire breath to create a gigantic ball of fire similar to Ace's Entei and then throws it with his titanic strength as a very devastating explosive projectile.

I feel like Kaido should work more on his fire powers. If he focuses his awakening on it he could create much much more DC than Ace had managed in the past.

Cracker uses his df to create a biscuit surfing on the ground or floating in the air similar to Katakuri's Peerless Donuts giving him a real boost in speed and mobility.
