Some that immediately come to mine
Mercury- liquid metal that can harden into any shape would be bad ass
Cloud cloud fruit- a human cloud who not only can turn into a cloud to avoid attacks but also control the weather make it rain lighting, send burst of wind etc etc
Sun Sun Fruit- Quite literally the heat and power of the sun, the user has a ability to self sacrifice and nuke a country by going super Nova

Alcohol logia , a drug logia
a logia that can spread its toxins and give a drug effect to its target
Weed logia , get your target high as hell and kick his ass
Psilosibin mushroom logia , make your opponents trip balls and kick his ass
We need a shaman in the series who’s a top tier and has a drug-related fruit , like how Queen’s plague can affect targets , Shaman is able to turn the area into a psychedelic realm when he starts chanting.
Can be countered with high level haki.

A mercury logia is something that I have had in mind quite a lot lately, to show powers like the T-1000 with the ability to turn into metal liquid, turn its limbs into blade weapons, extend the fingers to pierce enemies, camouflage while also being able of pulling the same move of using levitating small metal balls as offense much like Magneto in X-Men movies
