So in the latest chapter it showed the old hyougoru gained a power that was said by the others that it was looks like back on his prime when kaido was trying to receuit him, and no one can near him or beat him in this form that he showed on the latest chapter.

so this is what i think, this is a form of a haki, maybe another advance type of arnament haki more advance than the one that hyogoru teached to luffy and it could only bring out by someone who’s in the brink of death where he doesnt regret anything but only the ones who never gives up!

this is where your spirit becomes a type of strenght, and possibly that depends on how strong the will of the one who using it , it could give you so much boost of strenght, agility and many more. And since luffy doesnt give up and had a lot of will this could be endless power boost to him that could even surpass bigmom and kaido at the same time just like how hyogoro controlled the battle..

and since both bigmom regret or gave up they cant gain this type of strenght.

There are several possibilities to upgrade the haki field in the manga...

Formulating a solid defence to penetration CoA that is not merely endurance for example.

Or making consistent use of offensive and defensive barrier haki, maybe the latter could be used for the first point.

No I don't think it's a new variant of haki, its just a visual representation of his willpower. Gramps lost his will to live and fight after his family was killed by Kaido. Since willpower and haki are synonymous with strength, Gramps shriveled to a mere shell of his former self, content on spending his remaining days disgraced in Udon. The virus merely drew out the remaining remnants of his willpower and turned him into his former self. One of the samurai also tells another that you'll rampage until your will runs out, in the same chapter.

I have a question for u, lets say you dont have a haki but your hella strong you fought someone with arnament haki but his haki isnt that strong, whos gonna win if the one without haki had a clean hit on the one with haki?

Well that occurred several times on the manga after all. Non haki users can indeed match up haki users. The overall stats are of utmost importance to determine the victor right. We can insert devil fruit powers, styles and so on into the equation. It's actually strange that some people ignore that.
