Notice something? The OG Yonko are in the 4B bounty range, with WB even reaching 5B due to him being PK level. However, the 3 New Yonko are stuck in the 3B range. The reason for this is that the world does not view these 3 as being on the same level as the OG Yonko. Ask yourself why Oda chose to put Teach's bounty so extremely close to 4B instead of just giving him a flat 4B? It's because Oda wants to tell us that Teach hasn't reach that level yet, but he's almost there. The Yonko are simply just the captains of the 4 strongest pirate crews. They don't all have to be on the same level. If Teach and Luffy both died suddenly, Law and Katakuri would replace them as Yonko despite not being anywhere near as strong

their bounties are lower because they are newer, that's literally all there is to it. If luffy and blackbeard were already yonkos for the same amount of time as kaido/big mom, their bounties would be way higher. Zoro and sanji are objectively much stronger and king and queen but their bounties are still lower.

Nothing states that the original 4 became Yonko with the bounties they have now or right before they died. Shanks the youngest has been a Yonko for 6 years. The others have been pirates for even longer and racking up bounties since youth.

Blackbeard has been a Yonko for only 2 years, which is 3 times less than Shanks. Yet his bounty is almost the same. Luffy and Buggy have been Yonko for less than a month. Luffy’s bounty is suppressed and should be around Kaido’s.
The difference between Blackbeard’s and Shanks is less than between the latter and Big Mom’s who was 68.

Besides that, it’s all just an improvised mess by Oda. 1.5 billion was supposed to be for the “5th Emperor”

This is false. The WG doesn't pick the next pirate in line and announce them as a yonko. WB's yonko seat was vacant for 1 year after his death, it was only after BB defeated WB remnants in the payback war that he was acknowledged as a yonko.

The reason Kid or Law weren't yonko despite having the same bounty as Luffy is because they lacked the crew, the fleet, the influence and territories that Luffy has.

Besides, the new yonko (Luffy and BB) were only pirates for TWO years, while the OG yonko have decades of high-level piracy under their belt.
The new yonko achieved much more in a shorter amount of time.

New Yonko had not the same prestige as OG Yonko
2) Right after Mutually Inclusive Events for 4 Emperors
New Yonko would have confirmed the same prestige as OG Yonko, but All of them are PK Candidate since the Bounty goes up just a few weeks.
3) more than 1 of them goes in 5B
New Yonko exceed the same prestige as OG Yonko
4) 1 of them goes extraordinary / only in epilogue
1 Yonko will exceed WB speech at Marineford

Kaido was a prominent member of Rox pirates and has spent over 20 years gaining infamy
