Yamato has good use of Conqueror’s that will be very helpful to the crew against the Holy Knights, Five Elders, and other Imu black magic demons.

To just have her on 911 Fleet Dispatch is too unreliable, since the Fleet won’t always be at the center of the most crucial actions, since the Straw Hats are the main characters, and the Fleet isn’t.
