Oda showed us Hajrudin dream of being elbaf king. So that a big hint he will become the new king of elbaf. Making his father dream come true, and he will end the bias and discrimination in elbaf based of blood line. Instead of what the elders wanted for Loki.

One of the biggest plot points in Elbaf is forcing the giants to be destroyers against their will, which is ironic, since in a way they forced Loki to be one.
