Oda could have handled them better.

Two very different character blowing up in two very different moments for two very different purpose with two very different explosions in between not only two arcs but 240 chapters !!

No, mate, its not repetitive at all.

Again, this bombing is just a tool. Its FAR LESS repetitive than Luffy throwing a punch or Zoro swingin a shishi sonson and yet you don't see complain here.

Simply because they are never used in the same way.
