At this point you really can't be that original anymore, since any villain you try to come up with has already been done in some way or fashion.

So no, he didn't copy Demon Slayer. An (almost) immortal being with God-complex being the final villain is a very common trope in shonen and has been long before Demon Slayer even came up (FMA etc.).

When oda introduce ope ope fruit ability (Immortality), it was like 2014 or 2015.
At this point , everybody knows that someone should be immortal in the story.
Demon slayer was launched in 2016 .
So, Demon Slayer copied Oda & Micheal Jackson & Dracula :))
