So we are all thinking Yonkos are done for being at lava and passed a week never happened.
But we still lacks confirmation of them being dead.
And more important we have after one week to important characters that got out of their sleep. Luffy and Zoro.
Zoro is not a good one for this argument since he took the most damage of the raid because of the pill drawback. Yes more damage than Kaido until lava at least.
But Luffy is the one who took less damage because he revived. All damage before that was ignored. So Luffy at final round took just a few hits from Kaido which were mostly gags so we can't even say if they hurt him or not. At Luffy having Mythical Zoan DF implies that he has better durability endurance and regeneration.
So that Luffy with all those boosts who fought for the shortest period only wake up after 1 week of the battle. And he was the winner.
Imagine Kaido who fought half alliance and lost. Or Big Mom that fought 2 persons on Luffy leveland doesn't have Zoan DF.
If winners are waking up this late we can't expect losers to wake up early than them. They will wake up now or soon.

... Oda wanted to surpass MF wherein WB and Ace died... He killed several characters in Wano including Kaido and BM which intensity in the current storyline is as good, if not better, then the MF deaths and y'all are crying...
