From all those things you quoted only World Building is lacking on Naruto series.

I think you mean artist since being author means about writing not art.

Those a very rare panels of One Piece being clean and specially from pre-timeskip. Post-timeskip panels are ugly because they are tiny filled with a lot of information and dialogue.

This kind of art is way more common in naruto manga as I'm seeing on google images.

This panel of Pain alone before destroying Konoha already shits on anything One Piece manga has to offer. And In my opinion the most beautiful panel of One Piece is Whitebeard dead.

He did a good job having Crocodile, Buggy back into history and finally introducing Mihawk on main lore since he was purposeless on history. But he is doing this because his new characters of New World aren't hitting the fandom.

Scabbards sucks. Donquixote Family aside from Senor Pink sucks. Beast Pirates only King is cool. Big Mom Pirates only Katakuri is cool. Fishmen Island I guess only Tiger was a cool introducted character. Punk Hazard only Vergo was liked by fandom.

Now Crocodile is a high liked character. Buggy too.

And there is 0 correlation of previous characteres and main villain. Imagine everybody showing up to fight Freeza. Or Cell. We only had previous characters giving their strength to fight Majin Buu.

Final War is one thing. We are not at Final War yet. Final War is told to be a war of the entire world. Than would make sense to have those characters from before.

Here's the key difference however in those series villains die or the heroes go to bigger places.For example In Bleach most of the espada are already dead so they can't be in tybw same for naruto. And In DBZ Tori pulled out new characters from different planets.

Egghead is about as pivotal to the final war as dressrosa is to Wano. Gorsei and admiral engage in combat with A yonko. Blackbeard shanks with 3 Road poneglyphs. The world's smartest man with the capability of creating nukes under the protection of a yonko.

If Oda doesn't show these events he's offscrenning everything and if he shows he just using them to create hype you just can't win with these mindless drones
