You are crazy if you think that Green Bull represents a threat to Luffy at this point of the story
Green Bull will capture the members of the Beast Pirates and advance the plot somehow, depending on what Oda has planned for him.
In my opinion, Luffy will become aware of the threat of Marine/WG interference and claim Wano as his territory.
It would be cool if his Fleet shows up and sets home in Wano.

There is no Hype really, it's just how Oda introduces the Admirals, but people overreacted too much cuz they were desperate to finally see an Admiral for so long
All Admirals are teased in a Unique Way (Akainu is the exception, at least to some extent, but he still share a lot of similarities)
Aokiji was Teased travelling the seas with a bicycle
Kizaru arrived on top of a Canonball
Fujitora was gambling even though he was blind
Ryokugyu flying using a Flower
After that, Oda shows a Scene where Admirals demonstrate their DF Powers against Fodders & large environment
Aokiji in an instant froze a Sea King & the Sea
Kizaru demonstrated his Destructive Power in front of Fodders by shooting a Huge Tree from Sabaody
Fujitora crushed some Casino Fodders, sending them underground & creating massive hole
Ryokugyu used his DF Powers on Beasts Pirates Prisoners & turned entire Udon Area into a Forest
Then comes the Admiral overpowering his Target(s)
Aokiji overwhelmed Monster Trio
Kizaru overwhelmed Supernova Captains
Fujitora overwhelmed Law
Ryokugyu gonna overwhelm someone from Alliance or multiple fighters
During this Fight, the Admiral seems to have succeeded in his Objective for a time
Aokiji froze & captured Robin
Kizaru caught Zoro & going to kill him (Another Supernova)
Fujitora caught Law with Doffy's Help & they took him to the Castle
So expect to see Ryokugyu succeed in capturing Luffy (Imo he will be taken to Mary Geoise)
But the Admiral's Success doesn't last for long, as someone saves the Captured MC
Usopp saves Robin
Rayleigh saves Zoro
Luffy rescues Law
So someone will save Luffy after he gets captured (There are so many candidates for this)
However after the entire Admiral Introduction, their warning comes to be true in one way or another
Aokiji warned SHs about Robin & it came to be true in form of CP-9 & Lucci
Kizaru came to capture SHs/Supernova, he didn't succeed but Kuma did gave them a humiliating defeat
Fujitora warned both Law & Doflamingo about their Titles & Shichibukai System was indeed removed not long after
So expect Ryokugyu's Warning to Alliance to be related to the introduction of Next Villain or Next Major Event

I disagree strongly. I believe that Oda introducing Green Bull the way that he did was a way of telling the reader that, despite who Luffy has just defeated, One Piece still has stakes. I am not saying that Luffy will lose… I have no idea what is going to happen. But a lot of people are underestimating Green Bull and the Admirals.
I've talked about this concept before, of the "respectful loser". Oda likes to give people good feats before beating the crap out of them.
Examples:
- Marco/Jozu blocking Kizaru/Mihawk. Then Marco gets taken out by a pair of handcuffs, and Jozu gets one shot/amputated.
- Zoro blocks Hakai and uses Ashura, before he gets sent downstairs to deal with Commanders, cause his playtime with Yonkos was done.
- With King/Queen he treated them like crap, then right before their defeat he hyped them up, and after treats them like shit once more.
In fact an opponent's hype is highest right before their defeat. This is in some ways to hype up the character defeating them too.
When you look at Greenbull's dialogue "Someone of my rank won't be done in by underlings", Oda is going out of his way to protect the relevancy of the Admirals. We've seen them fight Commanders before, but it has never been outright stated that Admiral > Commander until now.
But we can also see that Greenbull is being arrogant af. Luffy has just defeated the World's Strongest Man, and been declared a Yonko. We know what happens when people underestimate Luffy
Back then the Supernovas were still rough around the edges. But this is THEIR TIME. This is the moment the Supernovas didn't just take out "Mere Warlords" but Yonko.
We're in the midst of Supernova wank, and Greenbull is being all arrogant and underestimating Luffy. We know that's a recipe for disaster. Now more than ever.
Luffy never finished his bout with Fujitora in Dressrosa, but he will do certainly do it here if given the chance.
There ain't no running this time.
