He saw the massive hole he dug. He's now covering it up at the top to try and hide it, rather than filling it up and he keeps digging anyway because he can't help himself and he's digging greater craters and thus tunnels than the ones Kaido and BM forcibly made in their final moments.

No you don't understand, we had to see pointless useless shit again and again to enstablish that Kaido was bad instead of deepening extremely shallow characters that are useless and take an incredible amount of panels.
To this day, I don't remember the names of most of the red scabbards, nor most of secondary characters in Wano.
I admit I was younger at the times, like 9 years ago, but I could at least name the side characters in every arc.

The scabbards were just clones of each other almost.
I don't watch Naruto but they remind me of the six paths of pain if that's their name.

Honestly, I was always under the assumption that Orochi and Kanjuro were the last two Kurozumi*s left.

This speaks volumes about the type of man Kozuki Sukiyaki is though.

When the Country persecuted the Kurozumi, he took Orochi in.

After being betrayed and dethroned by the same Kurozumi he took in, he then went on to take in O-Tama.


Perhaps with these kind of principles, and under Sukiyaki guidance, Momo can truly change the Country.
