King was going easy on Zoro for several moments, including at not using his fire abilities much earlier. But thats plot, the protagonists need to win, right?

Not he wasnt. He was decimating Zoro, until Speed Mode was introduced.

Queen shooting himself was nerfed stated to weaken him. Couldve done less than Chopper did. Zero proof it did more.

Speed mode wasn't "introduced", that was always a part of King's kit. Zoro just figured it out and used his strengths to his advantage to win. People like to downplay Zoro's battle iq or general strategic ability until he actually displays some, then it's back to "He should have just won by brute force".
And with Queen, it's the same as literally any other enemy ever. "He could have used X in Y situation and he could have won". If we were bored enough we could say this about every major fight in One Piece. Villains wait for the hero to recover, don't go for the kill immediately, underestimate the hero, etc. If you want to call fights in OP bad I won't disagree, but this isn't limited to the Calamities.

Oda nerfed King’s Defense by having him have a Speed Mode with lower defences….he also made him not have a proper Hybrid Mode to fight in…..meaning he doesnt have constant Zoan Dino Skin support.

In general King’s defence was highly nerfed

Whereas for Queen….Oda nerfed his offense. His ephitet and main ability was plagues….yet he never even used one against Sanji. Not one…which is insane. We can see Queen’s plagues are insanely powerful.

Heck theyre probably the most lethal weapons within the verse. More lethal than DFs. For example Magma….supposedly has the highest AP and Lethality. Yet it doesnt hold a dime to the Mummy Plague. That shit nearly killed Udon Luffy within minutes. Had Chopper not been there….Luffy wouldve been dead. Whilst his Ice Oni Plague stalemated Marco’s Healing Flames. And Marco’s DF powers were no match for it. All he could do is buy time….which would waste most of his stamina.

People say Zoro cut his only Plague weaponary. But that was never stated. Just a retarded assumption that Queen an inventor of weapons…only has one weapon to shoot his plagues. In general Oda nerfed him and made him forget about his plagues against Sanji….for the sake of a Vinsmoke showdown I guess.

I didn't see much logic, his flames looked so powerful and yet they are not even hotter than Akainu's magma I bet or else he could have used them offensively.
