I think you guys argue like this because you lack analytical reasoning skills related to argumentative essay writing. You are, by not doing certain practices, committing fallacies in logical, emotional, and ethical elements.
For example, it is poor work to simply state you disagree. You should look at a topic indifferently because if you don't look at both sides of it and address fair points then you're not fair to the audience or the writer of an argument.
