Why should BM come back if she has already been defeated?

While Big Mom has been beaten in wano by Kid and Law, I believe there is one final point remaining in her story. Her legacy. Who will be the one who inherits Big Mom’s will?

I think this is why Oda will bring her back in Elbaf. Big mom wished to create a world where all people were equal.

Unlike Kaido, who got a rushed backstory at the end of his fight, Oda put a good amount of effort into BM’s backstory.

I think this is BM’s dream, her inherited will, is extremely important. BM’s dream of equality is in complete contrast with the world that the CDs have created.

I think BM will pass the torch to Bonney. Bonney is a female pirate, a glutton, and a prodigy, just like BM. She is also a child and we have seen how BM cares for children.

I think a world of equality is something that would greatly speak to Bonney, as she has seen how the WG persecuted Kuma and his family for being buccaneers.

I think BM dies in elbaf, with Bonney inheriting her dream. Kata will adopt Bonney as his little sister, inducting her into the BMP. Then in the final war, Bonney will lead the BMP to fight the WG in order to make BM’s dream a reality.

Also Oda: Lets also bring back Big Mom who took up 230 chapters of plot.

Either the story is never ending or Oda isnt prioritizing what is important. The only way BM is important going forward is to understanding Rocks. If she's back solely to close her character in Elbaf, thats a complete waste of time and paneling.

I.e. Elbaf better be about Rocks or this Burned Scar man if its not going to tackle existing characters

Even Luffy didn’t spam ACoC in egghead and he used G5 back to back.

By feats if Luffy were to fight her, it would be a high-extreme diff. Even if she fought the exact same way she did against Kid and Law. Luffy needs BG to take her out.

Oh Ik, ACoC has become a plot-based power-up that is used sparingly by Oda instead of naturally when characters acquire it

Portrayal is everything in the end. Goofy was portrayed to be able to beat an Admiral but gets exhausted afterward. That is the latest feat which invalidates his previous stamina run with Kaido, he even ran out once but plot armor restored his stamina
