General & Others Oden knew read poneglyphs, What?

and? oden wasn't person who read a lot of book. It's the same than you said everyone know quantum mechanics because einstein was human
What? Bruh, I learned to read when I was like 6.

You're acting like it is the most difficult thing on the planet.

The reason why it was so hard for the Scholars of Ohara is because they had to decipher the characters written on the poneglyphs.

It's not hard for the Kozuki Clan to learn to read the Poneglyphs, because they created the characters, so they know exactly what each symbol means.

Did Oden leave Wano as 7 year old and we didn’t know that? Lol. Oden had plenty of years to learn how to read and write .
oden leave his home and went to fight and sleep with woman so when he learnt the poneglyphs a difficult language.
Please doesn't have sense poneglyphs just a few knew it and oden couldn't be one (it's the same than luffy were kozuki and he knew read it)

You really ain’t good at making good arguments here…. Nor understanding the answers giving and just repeating the same argument.

you learned the normal langauge from your contry who everyone talking while oden learned strange language who only a few can read (in wano).
In ohara had already deciphered it (robin mom and the another ancients knew it) and robin had read a lot of books. Do you think oden would read all this books.

Robin mom and the another ancient knew to read poneglyphs. Robin had to read many books to learn the language. Oden had to do the same. So do you think oden read all these books which had the kozuki to learn poneglyphs (it isn't official language in wano )

Mate the the knowledge of reading and writing the ancient language is a tradition in the Kozuki family it passed down for generations, it was the norm for them. Oden had more than 20 years in Wano to learn that from his father. It’s not difficult to understand that so why you trying so hard when it’s a fact that Oden can read and write that language? Why be so stubborn to comprehend that.

It doesn’t matter how many books Oden read nor Robin the simple fact that Oden got taught this language as a tradition from his family is enough.

because this language need years to learn oden couldn't know it
He knew it it’s not a matter to speculate upon. And yes he did have enough years like more than 20 to do so.

oden didn't talk with his father and it was tradition (i don't remember that it was said) doesn't make the language easy.
The ponegryphs is difficult language so you need to be smart and dedicated a lot of hours to learn it, and oden wasn't smart and he wouldn't dedicate hours to learn language when he only want to leave wano so why he would spent hours to learn tradional language? For joyboy he didn't know before to meet Roger, for his father than he didn't talk with him? For what?

It's a matter of specific learned skill rather than general fluid or crystallized intelligence.

Robin is most likely smarter than Oden but he still learned how to perform that.

but oden only want to leave wano, so why he would learn it when he didn't talk with his father.
And if you think than oden was eminent in the language, Ok:yodawhat:

Mate, just accept reality and manga facts. It doesn’t matter if YOU think Oden is smart enough or not and it doesn’t matter if YOU think Oden didn’t have time to learn it or not.

Fact of the matter is Oden was able to read and write that language which means he was smart enough and had enough time. Details on when exactly and how doesn’t matter since such skills were achieved.

I guess this is mostly PIS from Oda in order to have the puzzle fit well.

Oden learning how to read Poneglyphs was important in order to make Roger and his crew and subsequently the SHs progress I guess.
