Official complaint about ALs inacceptable behaviour as a mod

Imagine you add a mod into a PM, telling them and others about a serious issue, you only talk normally but suddenly, this mod tells you to "now cry somewhere else" and it's not even the first time that mod either deleted a post of you for no good reason or has been passive-aggressive towards you. Then after I reported his post where he told me to cry somewhere else he seems to receive the report himself and rejects it immediately with the comment "cry" to provoke me even further.

This behaviour is absolutely inacceptable, I don't think a mod should ever act like this, talking to users in such way and even continue to provoke their users even further afterwards only because of their mod rights (which they shouldn't have because they're not qualified for this job at all).

I don't think I should tell publically what the initial topic was about, I made this a private PM discussion for a reason but I also think it doesn't really matter here. I've added AL because he's a mod, turned out this was a big mistake on my behalf, it was a pretty normal discussion until that point, no need for a mod to suddenly turn rude and tell me to "cry somewhere else" and then keeping to provoke me even further when I told him that this is not the behaviour a mod should treat their users with. It's also questionable in itself that a mod can just reject reports when they are about himself.

And, what have I done to this point to deserve such an hostile answer? Is this the toxic atmosphere you wanna have in this forum? Is it too much to expect from the mods to not provoke users or trying to be a bit friendly? Personally I wouldn't have much reason not to have started the discussion about that initial topic in public but that would have been putting more fuel into the fire, so I started a PM discussion with only a few people, including a mod, as it is usually suggested. Only for the mod to treat me like that...

From what I personally know AL sama can be strict and sometimes a bit rude but he is probably a good person overall.

You can take it to Natalija, she's much easier to deal with and also a good person.
