Ben Beckman Haki is able to make the user of "Logia" unable to transform into his element!!!!

That's is similar to how Shanks used his CoC haki against GB.

That could be a sign that Ben Beckman has CoC haki, unless he is using a new advance form of CoA haki or using it in a new way.
