Future Events Once Luffy goes gear 5 before Kizaru awakens, that confirms Luffy will lose

Who will show their awakening first?

It really doesn't matter who uses awakening first. Kizaru awakening would be more accurate to predict the outcome of this fight. If Kizaru uses awakening this arc, that would mean that Kizaru is going to use all his arsenals and almost no villain who uses all of their abilities in an arc wins after that.

Oh no Admiral bros, I'm starting to get worried about Borsalino.
Luffy starting to have the upper hand in the next chapter is totally normal tbh. Someone will try, as always, to clown his target (in this case, the Admirals) if that happens, but it's nothing strange.

It has always been that way: new power-up/level --> power-up/level shine --> enemy will show something even more strong or at least on that level, and so on.

This was Kaido against a far weaker Luffy just after he had unlocked a rudimentary version of Acoc:

Kizaru will probably get tossed around next chapter just as he tossed around Luffy in this one. The really important thing is what Kizaru is going to do after and if he will counter G5 with his own awakening.

well seems like the fight is going just like i predicted. Ironically i actually overestimated Luffy, i thought gear 4 would put in a bit of work but it got negged :gokulaugh:
Yeah I'm actually shocked that Kizaru destroyed Snakeman like that.

Kaido's REALLY fast, and he had mild issues dealing with Snakeman at first, due to the fact it doesn't really make sense in regards to what Luffy's Fruit was supposed to be.

Kaido's a different beast since he actually wanted to be defeated and die, while Kizaru is not suicidal and is just straight up trying to execute people, but, still, pretty shocking.

Snakeman is not a weak form, and Katakuri was (despite what some people think) not weak.

Gear 4 is now strong enough to clear most Commander level enemies, but Luffy clearly needs Gear 5 to actually beat top tiers in 1v1s. Which is what makes it difficult to scale Luffy, you have to factor that his strongest techniques and forms leave him vulnerable, while other top tiers don't really have those limitations in a lot of cases.

Pica Pica no Mi Awakening next, let's get it.

It won't matter. SH's have already been confirmed to have left the island. Losing to Kizaru is not something that will ever happen after shaboady. Luffy's already past him in terms of power.

That's an exaggeration of what took place. You make it sound as if Snakeman was on the losing end the whole time. Kizaru flew away and came back at full speed to kick him far away. It had no effect. So much so that he made his way back through two shields before Kizaru could do anything. The only thing that really hurt him were the shields.

In the end the kick itself had no effect on him. On top of that Kizaru admitted Luffy was formidable whilst just using armament in Snakeman. We're not even talking CoC or Emission armament.

So...

Kizaru is made of light. He literally fires lasers and has a laser sword.

Do you know what the Frontier Dome's laser grid is made out of? Wowee, it's... lasers!

You think the guy made out of lasers, who is a Navy Admiral, did less damage to Luffy, than the laser grind that Kaku tanked with no real issue?

Kizaru kicked Luffy through a giant robot strong enough to easily beat up mechanized sea beasts. Pretty sure Kizaru's kick did more damage than the lasers Kaku ate for breakfast.

Laser shield scaling, I can't even.

This fight will be interrupted sooner than later so it doesn't really matter. The fact that the SH will be seen as Vegapunk kidnappers, and having their victorious skirmish against the Marines will send the message that SHs are a real Yonkou crew
