Something I see almost nobody mention is how CG is designed to be IMU's Final Villain.
Hear me out.

Buggy as the secret son of Xebec, who wanted IMU's throne.
Nerona Mihawk.
And Croc, who harmed IMU's lovely, Vivi, and tried to overtake Lili's legacy.

IMU should have a more raging hard-on against these three, than against Luffy, BB, and Shira.
