i love that people who read this manga see Shanks get shown with his whole M.O. being making deals and then shooting people in the back like a dick and go hes such a good boy hes my comfort character etc. Shanks took the poneglyph rubbings from Kid's crew when they begged for their lives, left the ship like they made a deal, then had his boys try to murder them anyway. Shanks made a deal with Bartolomeo (that was a lie), let him go after he refused to lead them to Luffy, and then had his boy shoot them in the back to try and kill them. Shanks is still the guy who came to Marineford and gave the Marines orders and they had to listen. It's not because they were collectively all scared of his strength, it's because he's a fucking celestial dragon lol.

It depends on your grey scale. Compared to other pirates, he's practically second only to Luffy by niceness.

Tbh it's clear from even the dialogue alone that he didn't use FS. I don't deny he can't have FS. He can be revealed to have it. I just don't think Haki can be used when bound by seastone specially for DF users as shown previously

But let's say Loki used FS to predict all her attacks. But he couldn't predict Gunko asking him the question to join which came way before she attacked. If he did predict everything with FS he would have refused before she even asked the question.
Kata did it with jinbei. Kata predicted his dialogue and responded before the his answer even before jinbei spoke.
So if Loki used FS here, he could have done the same thing here.
