ppl take Oda words about ending the series in 3 years at face value when we know he is awful at guessing the time it takes to complete an arc.
And he admitted during the last jump festa that he doesn't plan to wrap up the series the series anytime and to relax.

Thats your first mistake. You are taking things at Oda word, which he himself has now gone back on, twice.
Your 2nd mistake is assuming we will finish plotlines 3/4/5x larger than Wano ever was in the same timeframe as Wano.
Youe 3rd mistake is not just following simple rules of Geography and arc pacing:
- We are still in Egghead with zero hints to leaving anytime soon.
- While possible because its Kid's next route, there is absolutely no indication that Elbaf is even next, which evidently needs to come before Lodestar and Laugh Tale. Then you have to factor in its own arc length, which will obviously be substantial
- Then thats just ignoring the very real possibilities of other arcs/islands hinted at by the author or the plot (Underworld, Fullalead, Moon, God Valley).
- Only THEN can you factor in Lodestar and Laugh Tale, which only THEN can you account for the Final War, because based on dialogue already provided, these things happen at the end of the story.
But sure, the series ends in 150 chapters lol

A lot of these silly predictions about the series ending at 1200 come from old comments from Oda and his editor from before post-DR/WCI.
300 chapters later and lo and behold the status quo hasnt even changed. Egghead doesnt feel like it moves the series any closer to a definitive end. There are still, at least, 2 more islands before Lodestar (since we HAVE to base that number on Kid and Law's more direct routes from Luffy). The islands have to converge there. Then, the simple fact that the 4th RP is just completely fucking missing lol, with no hints or allusions to where it is. People speculate Elbaf, but thats just speculation with no backing.
