Them being in a rush means nothing for us readers, 2 chapters for S-Hawk and S-bear would be great but there's still S-Shark and S-Snake.
S-Snake is going to follow her instincts and simp for Luffy. Not even the Gorosei will be able to control her. That's the only reason she has a personality and talks while the other seraphim act like zombies. :shame:

You are very right here: CP0 should only report to Gorosei. And now I am wondering, why Stussy informs Akainu about the SHP being on Egghead and not the Gorosei?
Akainu had never and will not ever have authority over CP0. So, why contacting him and not Saturn, who is already on the way to Egghead?
Anyway, my question is, why Saturn and Kizaru were on his way to Egghead in the first place. I mean CP0 had all under control until the SHP appeared. No need to back them up. Just another mission like Water 7, right? And the Seraphim could have been commanded with the authority chip of them. Why heading to Egghead than?
I’m asking that myself. Stussy was their informant in the WG. But I doubt she would tell them all, since I still think she is with the WG. She after all had instructed to make that call to Akainu after all, giving Akainu the room to prepare for the new situation.

I think it is very interesting that we have at least one person on the island, who has been seen using a pistol. Add that to the cover story, in which you can see Judge and Ceasar already realizing that Vegapunk is their biggest obstacle … . I wonder how this theory would work.
Both aims are of high priority now that Luffy has his awakening. You can see the WG (Gorosei) turning concerned after they were given the new wanted poster of Luffy, ordering to not use the awakened picture of him. There is certainly a certain amount of fear behind it.
If Saturn contacts Imu, then maybe. Another thought of mine: What if we are now getting more specific information from Saturn concerning the empty throne? Seeing as now the Gorosei could be threatened if captured, he would be the most important source of information the SHP could get out of Egghead.
I think so, too. There are more than two parties involved. And the actions of those parties are interfering with the outcome we are seeing as reader. So, it is very hard for us to put all hints and proofs together in a plausible way.
I hope the robot in the scrap yard is going into action, soon.

So, oda really established kuma and hawk over jinbe sera. I guess this difference is due to their originals.

Which is why your argument is incredibly dumb that you are asking for manga panel when their tendency is to gang up on others 2 v 1, and when you can't show the panel where Alber did 1 v 1 with Marco between 1008 - 1021. Where is the panel Alber fighting 1 v 1? If he could fight Marco 1 v 1, he wouldn't wait like an idiot after Marco blocked his attack before he could hit Cross Zolo, that bitch Alber was just standing there in front of Marco and doing nothing by waiting for Queen's help so they could gang up on Marco again in 2 v 1. Alber only decided to attack Marco when Queen came to help, he was just waiting there and doing nothing.
Shaka is just acting or it's an illusion or something else. That death is to gory for a OP character to die onscreen. He left Luffy's group casually. Lilith has a seastone gun, I'm pretty sure Shaka has one, else it would make him look stupid going to where VP is unarmed and without help.
After this arc, Usopp should at least get a seastone gun to be not useless. That fight with S-snake was too goofy.
It's funny Lucci and co. reaction to Zoro. Both Zoro and Sanji didn't do damage to Sera yet. There's a reason for the Lunarian weakness, no one damaged the Seraphs so far.
