He dealt with Westerners and excuse me if I’m wrong but he contributed to an attack on China/Japan by allying with those westerners.

This doesn’t take away from the Losses kid has received post timeskip, although you may not look at it like that.

I just find hilarious marking a character for a name when near always Oda choses them randomly from really existed pirates just for the sound of it
Especially when the manga shows the opposite

He jumped from Pica to directly facing 2 Yonko for Arc Climax
He is standing with Luffy who had to go through Doflamingo, Cracker, Katakuri & also learn new CoO, new CoA & improve his Gear 4

If Oda believed Zoro shouldn't be compared to Luffy then he would have kept him in the Castle fighting King or Queen, that would be completely normal (Sanji in 3rd Floor, Jinbe in 4th Floor, Zoro in 5th Floor) but nah, Oda wanted to put Zoro on the Roof against the Main Villains & didn't give him any really training or challenge to explain how he reached such Scene
