And not to mention that the calamities themselves are probably the top 3 most powerful Ancient Zoans in the verse. And knowing that Ancient zoans themselves are known for their durability, that keeps the calamities at a very high level, in term of durability at least.

From my perspective, Sanji will be a high diff fight for Zoro if the former solos King and mid-high if he solos Queen. Even lower if neither happen.

Zoro is waaay faster than Sanji, Sanji's turd's best feat is Sneak attack blitzing Oven while Zoro can blitz Big Mom the same way and Big Mom is at least 1000 times faster than Oven.

Also he could casually detect invisible slashes from Kaido moving way faster than Sanji who can be caught by Page one can even dream of moving. Zoro would blitz any one piece character who is not a top tier or Katakuri although Zoro is easily approaching Snake man levels of speeds.

Luffy >= Zoro, I think Luffy is slightly stronger because he’s the MC. Strength wise their equal but Luffy has something that makes Zoro follow him. Zoro is the perfect right hand man and he respects Luffy as his captain.

Calamities being sheets of paper compared to Kaido being diamond makes sense.
One kong gun would fuck Queen up who was shitting himself at casual one sword Zoro attack.

Kaido was tanking barrage of Advanced Haki Kong Guns not even regular kong guns.
I would say reasonable estimate would be Kaido being 100 times more durable than calamities.
