I think the mid trio is more likely to unlock armament, but I don't see why not the weak trio should not attain it soon enough. I think it will depend on how much each SH will be pushed individually, that's a solid trigger.

I think with how fast Shanks shown up at Marineford, him showing up to the floating island would be the last thing everyone wants to know about.
