He is basically just regular kaido with scales. I mean no snout adjustments? Nothing?

He has longer arms, full tail, reptilian legs, additional horns and hes like twice his original size.

I'm not disagreeing but he still above most commanders. The growing is to him reaching a level they can't dream of.
