To be fair, since Doffy implied that Vergo could protect himself via haki against Law slash, back then people assume that Doffy knowledge about Law fruit was great since he search for that df for years.
And now years later it get confirmed with stronger haki you can block Law df power. Kinda happen that this get put up by Oda to nerf that df and overall all other op df powers(like Sugar).

That’s the case with amputate but there was never such an implication made for Shambles. I guess it makes sense not the worst thing in the world but the fact that Oda said that then had Big Mom ping pong balled her off the battlefield that easily is hilarious to say the least lmao. that's not how the technique works, mihawk knows nothing about WB hence the slash for measuring his strength, that slash was loaded with the will to cut with great power. it's just means jozu's defense was strong enough to block it.
daz bonez is the same as any swordsman duel, he fought vs vista and didn't break his swords, fought against zoro and while he was able to break two swords he couldn't do the same to wado ichimonji, also mihawk didn't want to hurt luffy very much he was playing with him and didn't use enough power to cause serious damage.

  • It was impossible to dodge
• This attack was actually dodged
  • It's AOE was thus much smaller than God of Lightning: Tenjin.

Luffy warning them about the AOE doesn't make sense.



Sure, any positions taken in the spoiler thread are just tentative until a more complete picture presents itself.

Tenjin was a homing attack with some AOE effect .
Normally when that line is used it used for AoE attacks but we will see.

Well maybe Zoro did maybe he did not .
What we do know is what ever attacks they were doing were not wroking and this goes for Zoro also .
It also be a case where Zoro get a new final move but we can't be sure yet .

okay, The slash Mihawk used on Luffy was able to cut a mountain. Why didn’t it cut Daz bones? And btw, after his mountain cutting slash DID NOT cut Daz bones, he cut down Daz bones AFTERWARD.

So what happened here? You are sure that If Mihawk decided to cut Jozu, he would fail, right? Why did Daz bones tank a mountain cutting slash then not tank Mihawk’s second slash?
