my friend said Zoro's ashura had some black lightning like Ulti vs Luffy or Yamato vs Ulti.
And Kaido thought that was CoC.

So Zoro Ashura is indeed CoC.
As I though, Kaido wouldn´t be surprise by just a usually Coc basic skill, this meaning Ashura is manifeste power of adv CoC as @comrade already pointed it out.

I remember seeing a lot of panels with black thunder that are not involving CoC. I really thought attacks with black thunder were attacks with unreal force behind them (physical force...Maybe haki or non haki)

spoilers made it clear that ashura was coc, but now follow-ups are contradicting the statement
anyway this can be the case, zoro has coc but asura isnt a coc based attack

I don't know to be honest. It would make sense but I never embraced the Gomu Gomu explanation that much, despite how popular it is. I could easily see Luffy having an higher bounty than that.
