I honestly don't think there's that much of a difference between Primebeard and MF WB. I think only his CoO and maybe stamina was affected massively. Other than that, he should've been very similar to his prime self. I don't know why people think that they're worlds apart. Sanji and zoro have already being confirmed to have Coc even on Fishman Island. It started with their comments they made whenever luffy used coc. In wano they have already shown it and there are panels to prove that
