Navy rules the seas

If we consider navy as a pirate crew

It will be strongest pirate crew

Even surpassing Roger's crew including oden

If rayleigh (prime) & oden are slightly below yonko level

I mean two of them can probably high diff a healthy prime yonko

Scooper may be a >=yc1 or <=admiral

So if rayleigh = an admiral
& a yonko>= rayleigh , oden

Then we have 4 near about yonko characters in marines.

& there may be some very strong vice admirals


So strength of navy > strength of any individual pirate crew

One thing in which yonko severely lacks is tactics

However by eos strawhats will even surpass navy I mean their top 3 fighters.(excluding luffy)

Zoro, sanji , yamato(debatable) will be yonko level.

@riishabb.. a point that goes to the favor of AcoC is the way in which flow of haki was draw... during ashura it was pure white (color unknown) but during rope tatsumaki and Dragon blaze when zoro imbues haki into his blade which had slightly gridded shades to it
