The issue is placing Sanji in a tier when he hasn't done anything comparable to characters his fans compare him to.

The point is, there is no "Rooftop" or "Supernova" level where Sanji or anyone else would never scratch the surface, the more the time goes all these nonsense starts making even less sense.

There are CoC users, standard strong characters with asleep potential, and Power Ups (Enma and Raid Suit, for example).
Unless you think Sanji is fighting Page One again for the whole arc
