And yes, he said he would reduce the number, he most likely defeated Page One but the guy is just Ancient Zoan, an impressive punchbag, or you expected Sanji to kill Page One? Which character managed to pass 1 week beaten without recovering up?
I doubt Jinbei is mid-low diffing Who's Who, especially considering the amount time he is fighting him, Sanji already toyed with a Tobiroppo in less than 10 minutes, Page One was presented along with X-Drake, and needed an Younko CoC punch in order to get damaged properly and fall
Unless you think there is a enormous gap between Who's Who and Page One even then being ranked in the same group, Sanji wont be placed against a Tobiroppo again

Does it matter why he didn't reduce the enemy's number? You said Sanji saying "I'll take care of him" is evidence he beat Page One when I just proved to you he also said "he would reduce the enemy's number" and didn't. His word regarding that fight is unreliable. How was he toying with him when he got hit and crashed into the wall too? P1 is nothing more than a hypetool for ACoC.
My point is we don't have confirmed matchups at all, for all we know Jinbe could end up tag teaming someone with Sanji. As of now, Jinbe has the better feats.

Idk....tbh if you compare Sanji to the crew and not just Zoro he's impressive honestly. I feel like people would appreciate Sanji more if they didn't compare his actions to Zoro's actions. People get on Sanji for struggling against competent powerful people when you got multiple moments of other strawhats out here struggling against literal fodder dudes.
