Im talking about post Whole Cake. But actually just by clashing and being acknowledged by Doflamingo proves that he could fight and defeat anyone else on Dressrosa at that time, excluding Doffy probably, so he had all the capabilities, but prefered to simp Viola, which is understandable at some point

While Crocodile, Lucci, Moria and Doffy might still play some small role in the story, lets be real, they are already mostly irrelevant. God Buggy is th eonly character that managed to be more relevant than he was before Luffy beat him, Alvida too but just because she joined Buggy.
